摘要
为了分析PU和TPU涂层织物的防水性能,改变静水压测试方法的试验参数,对测试方法进行优化,以期得到更为准确的试验结果。使用高水压型耐水度测试仪对涂层织物的静水压指标进行测试,通过分析试验用水温度、水压上升速率、测试面选择等试验条件,确定整个试验过程的关键点,从而进行不确定度的分析。
In order to analyze the waterproof performance of PU and TPU coated fabrics, the test parameters of the hydrostatic test method are changed, and the test method is optimized so as to get more accurate test results. The hydrostatic pressure index of coated fabric is tested by using the high-hydrostatic water-resistance tester, and the key points of the whole test process are determined by analyzing the test water temperature, water pressure rise rate, test surface selection and other test conditions, so as to analyze the uncertainty in measurement.
