摘要
建立了柱后衍生离子色谱法测定纺织材料中六价铬的方法,采用1,5-二苯碳酰二肼作为柱后衍生试剂,用紫外检测器测试六价铬的含量。试验中六价铬的线性范围为0.2~5μg/L,检出限为0.02μg/L,样品加标回收率为92%~100%,精密度为0.7%~3.7%,该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重复性好,可以满足纺织品中六价铬的测试要求。
The determination method of hexavalent chromium in textile by ion chromatography with post-column derivation is established. By using an ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)detector with post-column derived reagent of 1,5-diphenyl-carbazide(DPC), the content of Cr^(6+)is detected. The experimental results show that the good linear relationships with the content of Cr^(6+)in the ranges of 0.2~5.0 μg/L,and the limit of detection for Cr^(6+)is 0.02 μg/L.The recovery for Cr^(6+)is 92%~100% and the relative standard deviations(RSD)is 0.7%~3.7%. The simple, sensitive and reproducible method can meet the test requirement for Cr^(6+)in textile.
