摘要
安庆地区方言作为区域的一种非物质文化遗产形式,承载着丰富的非物质文化内涵,是区域文化符号和活化石,对其保护与传承意义十分重大。然而,纵观安庆地区方言保护与传承的现状,形势却不容乐观,表现在各方重视程度不够,保护措施不得力。因此,对安庆地区方言的保护与传承任重而道远。要以保护国家级、省级非物质文化遗产项目和安徽建设文化强省战略为契机,依托"中国语言资源保护工程",积极推行双语教育,让方言文化深入到青少年教育的各个方面,深入到社区和群众身边,树立方言文化自信。还要充分调动地方高校和智库的力量,促进方言保护与传承研究的科学化、系统化与常态化。要搭载"一带一路"战略和中国传统文化"走出去"的顺风车,积极推动安庆地区方言文化"走出去"。
As a form of intangible cultural heritage,Anqing regional dialects bear rich intangible cultural connotation.They have been regional cultural icons and living fossils,and the protection and inheritance of which are of great significance.However,the current protection and inheritance of them have been far more than satisfactory.With little attention and ineffective measures being carried out from all parties concerned,there is still a long way to go as far as the protection and inheritance of them are concerned.Measures should be brought into operation immediately,taking the protection and inheritance of national and provincial intangible cultural heritages and Anhui’s strategy for constructing a powerful cultural province as opportunities and relying on the Project for Protecting Language Resources of China.Bilingual education should be implemented actively to help the regional dialects go deep into the various aspects of children’s education,and into the communities and lives of local people.Dialectal cultural confidence should also be built up in the heart of local people.Moreover,local universities and think tanks should be fully mobilized to promote a scientific,systematic and normalized research mechanism of the protection and inheritance of them.Lastly,active promotion of Anqing dialectal culture“Going Out”should also be highlighted,taking the lift of“the Beltand Road Initiative”and Chinese traditional culture“Going Out”.
