摘要
采集图谱数据,构建化学药品图谱数据库的功能和内容。该数据库共收录6 000多张图谱和解析数据,涵盖IR、Raman、UV、MS、1H NMR、13C NMR、DVS、DSC和TG等分析法。将化学药品图谱数据库应用于药物分析教学中,通过对药物理化性质及图谱信息的学习,提高学生对药物分析的学习兴趣,既为理论学习提供了直观的自学工具,还可以培养学生在今后药物研发及质控中所需的研究思路。
We collected spectrums of chemical drugs to construct functions and contents of the database.The spectral database for chemical drugs we constructed contained more than 6 000 spectrums,covered IR,Raman,UV,MS,1 H NMR,13 C NMR,DVS,DSC and TG analysis methods,which could apply to the pharmaceutical analysis courses.Through studying the physical and chemical properties and spectral information of the drugs,it could stimulate learning interests of students and create self-learning space for students.It would also guide students to get research ideas in drug development and quality control in the future.
