摘要 高新7-3井是高10-3井的更新井。该井地质情况复杂,地层造浆严重,压力系数异常,钻井过程中极易造成上喷下漏及其它复杂情况,因此二开时采用钾铵基聚合物钻井液,三开时采用钾铵基聚合物树脂钻井液。高新7-3井钻井液润滑性能好,抑制和悬浮携砂能力强,克服了压力异常可能出现的各种复杂情况,而且维护简单,钻井液成本低。 Well Gaoxin 7-3# is a directional well. Formation pore pressure in this area is abnormal, pervious well drilling encountered serious mud making, blow out and lost circulation. In this well, polymer-drilling fluid containing FPK, NH4-PAN and Na2CO3 is used in the 311. 1 mm hole; the system used in the 215. 9 mm hole is added into such additive as SPNH. The systems used have properties of good lubricity, good inhibition and cutting transportation capacity, they are easy to maintain and its cost is low.
