摘要
目的 :建立反相高效液相色谱法测定马来酸曲美布汀片的含量。方法 :采用C18柱 ,以 0 .0 5mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液 -乙腈 (6 0 0 :40 0 ) (用 1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节 pH至 5 .0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm ,流速为 1.0ml/min ,进样量 2 0 μl。 结果 :马来酸曲美布汀的线性范围 0 .8~ 1.2mg/ml,r =0 .9999,n =5 ;回收率为 10 0 .0 1% ,RSD =0 .38%。结论 :方法准确、快速、简便 。
OBJECTIVE:A RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of trimebutine maleate tables; METHOD:The HPLC employed a C 18 column, monopotassium phosphate buffer (0.05 mol/L)-acetontrile (600:400) mixture (adjust pH to 5.0 with 1mol/L sodium hydroxide) as mobile phase, with detection at 254nm; flow rate 1ml/min; Volume: 20μl;RESULTS:The linear range was 0.8~1.2mg/ml (r=0.9999). The mean recovery was 100.01%, RSD=0.38%;CONCLUSION:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be operated without interference of excipient.
