摘要
新世纪是一个人口老龄化的世纪 ,仅靠家庭和社会难以承担起养老的重任 ,必须充分挖掘老年人自身的养老潜能 ,实行自立养老。当前自立养老方面遇到的困难和问题 ,需要得到社会各界的广泛关心和支持 。
The new century is a century with ageing population. Since it is hardly to support old aged people only by their families and society, developing the old aged people's talents fully for supporting themselves as well as applying Old Aged People's Self supporting are indispensable. The difficulties and problems, which are brought by the present Old Aged People's Self supporting, needs the broad concerns and supports from every field of the society, and should be resolved by using applicable policies and measures.
