摘要
合成卡西酮类新型毒品是精神活性物质中的一种,通常以'浴盐'、'植物肥料'等名义售卖,在全世界范围内有滥用趋势,在欧美国家尤为严重。该类物质是一种与苯丙胺类物质结构类似的中枢神经系统兴奋剂,主要作用于中枢单胺类转运体,产生与可卡因或甲基苯丙胺相似的药理作用。合成卡西酮类物质以卡西酮为原型进行设计,其衍生物众多且更新速度快,极大的影响社会稳定和人类健康。合成卡西酮类的药理学研究主要在阐明其脑内作用机制和药物代谢动力学的基础上,采用如颅内自我刺激、条件性位置偏爱、药物辨别、自身给药及行为敏化等行为学实验精准地评估各种衍生物的成瘾性,判断其滥用潜力。
Synthetic cathinones have become increasingly popular as new psychoactive substances in the world and are frequently found in products sold as‘bath salts’or‘plant food’.Synthetic cathinones act as central nervous system stimulants which are structurally related to amphetamine and mimic the effects of cocaine and methamphetamine by mediating the concentrations of dopamine,norepinephrine and/or serotonin.A range of synthetic cathinones have been developed from Cathinone and modified very frequently,which made an enomous challenge to the people’s health and social stability.Synthetic cathinones need to undergo an assessment of its abuse potential by the behavioral pharmacology research such as intracranial self-stimulation,conditioned place preference,drug discrimination,drug self-administration and behavioral sensitization.
