摘要
我国法律对未成年人是否承担法律责任有明确的年龄规定。因此,如何准确地评定未成年人的年龄,是法医学研究的重要内容。通过骨骼发育程度判断未成年人的年龄是目前骨龄评定的主要方法。近年随着医学影像学技术的不断发展,除传统的X线外,超声、CT、MR等影像学技术也开始应用于活体骨龄的评定,但目前尚未形成公认的评价标准。本文查阅了近些年应用医学影像学技术评定活体骨龄的研究文献,并对不同影像学方法、不同部位骨骼评价指标及其结果可靠性等进行了综述。
China’s law stipulate that the minors of different age stage should undertake legal responsibilities.Therefore, an accurate and objective method of the estimating age of teenagers is an important part of forensic medicine research. The mainly method of skeletal age estimation is that inferring degree of skeletal opiphyseal development to extrapolate physiology age of adolescent. The universal observed osteopiphysis including extremitas sternalis claviculae,sternum, distal radius and ulna, and ilium, etc. In recent years, with the continuous development of medical technology,in addition to the X-ray, the traditional technology, ultrasound, CT, MR and other radiography techniques have also begun to be applied to the estimation of skeletal age, but there is no established evaluation standard. we present this review of the research literature on the evaluation of bone age using medical imaging technology, and summarize the different radiography techniques, diff erent observed target and reliability of evaluation results.
