摘要
设计两种样管在PMC470车丝机上作加工试验 ,加工过程中排除了部分影响加工质量的因素。通过对收集到的样管及实际加工钢管的加工数据进行对比分析 ,发现钢管在加工过程中产生锥度误差的影响因素基本是夹紧系统 ,为生产过程中控制产品质量 ,降低废品率指出了努力方向。
Two types of sample tube were designed and machined on a PMC470 pipe finisher.Some factors influencing machining quality are removed during the machining procedure.It is concluded that the clamping system is the main cause of taper error by comparative analysis on the data of sample tube and products.It will be helpful to control quality and reduce reject rate of products.
