摘要
用BP-12型热疲劳试验机研究了热处理对化学镀钴磷合金层热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,不同热处理状态的镀层在热疲劳过程中行为相同,但热度劳寿命不同。其中,经450℃加热1小时的镀层具有最佳的抗热疲劳性能。
The thermal fatigue behaviour of Co-P alloy plating after various heat treatments is studied by means of BP-12 thermal fatigue testing machine. The results show that the plating conditions are the same during the thermal fatigue processes, but the thermal fatigue lives are different. The thermal fatigue resistance of the plating will be optimum when it is heated at 450℃.
