摘要
随着信息化技术在各个领域的应用,BIM技术在建筑业得到广泛应用。基于BIM技术的工程项目在可视化条件下完成设计,实现设计阶段项目参与各方的协同作业。将三维设计模型导入算量软件,形成图价一体的设计产品。BIM技术能在施工阶段完成三维可视化技术交底和施工建造仿真模拟。根据其完善精准的数据基础,高效地进行进度管理和成本管控,实现基于BIM技术的工程项目管理。BIM技术能有效衔接工程建设的各个阶段,覆盖项目的全寿命周期。
With the information technology using in every field,the BIM is widely used in the construction industry.The projects are designed visible by the BIM,and it makes the cooperators get together in process of projects designing.Putting the three-dimensional design model into software,and it will bring out the formation of price and design products.The BIM completes the three-dimensional visualization technology and construction simulation simulation.Using the BIM can make the management of the projects more accurate and efficient.The BIM can cover the whole life of the projects.
