摘要
碳钢和低合金钢在大气环境中应用广泛,如何提高其耐蚀性获得越来越多的关注。通过大气环境暴露试验,讨论了四种耐候钢以及碳钢在青岛大气环境中6a试验的腐蚀速率变化规律,分析了Cu,Cr,Ni和Mo等添加元素对于钢的耐蚀性的影响,同时,对平均腐蚀深度数据进行了拟合。结果表明,合金元素的加入会提高钢的耐蚀性,同时在海洋大气中暴露时间越长,耐候钢的耐蚀作用越明显。
Carbon steel and low alloy steels were widely used in the atmospheric environment and how to improve the corrosion resistance are got more and more attention.The corrosion rates of five kinds of steels exposed to marine atmosphere in Qingdao for 6awere summarized and the effect of added elements including Cu,Cr,Ni and Mo on corrosion resistance of steels was analyzed,and the data of average corrosion depth was fitted.The results showed that added elements can promote the corrosion resistance,the corrosion resistance increases with the time grew.
