摘要
土壤环境因素对碳钢接地网材料腐蚀性有很大影响。为此,采用在60℃恒温烘箱中模拟土壤环境因素中的含水量、pH、总含盐量、酸度、碱度、SO42-浓度、Cl-浓度七个因素研究土壤腐蚀规律。恒温加速腐蚀一个月后计算腐蚀速率、观察腐蚀形貌并研究腐蚀机理。结果表明,随着含水量的增加腐蚀速率先增大后减小;随着Cl-浓度增加腐蚀性增强,当Cl-浓度78mg/kg时腐蚀速率突然变小;pH增大腐蚀速率先减小后增大;SO42-浓度、总含盐量、酸度和碱度的增加土壤的腐蚀速率增大。
Soil environmental factors have a significant impact on the carbon steel grounding grid material corrosion.In this study we simulated soil environmental factors in 60 ℃ constant temperature oven to Study soil corrosion law,the soil environmental factors include Water content,pH,total salt content,acidity,alkalinity,SO42-concentration,Cl-concentration.Constant temperature calculation of one month after the accelerated corrosion rate,observe the corrosion morphology and to study the corrosion mechanism.The results show that,As the water content increases the corrosion rate increases first decreases;With the increase in Cl-concentration corrosive enhanced,corrosion rate suddenly become smaller when the Cl-concentration of 78 mg/kg;pH increases the corrosion rate first decreases and then increases;the increase in SO42-concentration,total salt content,acidity and alkalinity of the soil corrosion rate increases.
