强调了网络高等教育是我国目前网络教育的重要组成部分 ,对于促进我国高等教育发展意义重大。分析了网络高等教育校园文化的特征 ,提出了加强以“人本主义”
This paper emphasizes that net higher education is the important part of net education in our country now,and it has great significance to stimulate the development of higher education in our country. It analyzes the characteristics of net higher education culture in the university,and suggests we should strength campus culture establishment under the guidance of 'humanism'.
