摘要
本文根据绩效与激励相结合的原则 ,提出了百分考核计奖核算法 ,给出了其含义 ,并结合案例 ,阐述了其原理和步骤 ,论述了其实用性、可行性。
On the basis of the principle of combining the assess and inspiritment, this paper puts forward with an accounting method of premium in the assess of 100 score, and its conception, it also formulates its principle and steps with an example and states its practicability and feasibility.
