摘要
本文概述了“以人为本”进行实验室建设的思路 ,简要论述了实验室重点建设项目立项审批办法的立项原则。
This article first summarizes the thought of strengthening laboratory construction mainly depending on human resources, which is being carried on in our institute, then briefly introduces the principles, methods and management of examining and approving key projects concerning laboratory construction.
