摘要
实施科教兴国战略是我国的一项基本国策。科学技术是第一生产力和科学技术的基础在教育是实施科教兴国战略的理论依据。科教兴国的提出与实施有其客观的必然性 ,它是时代发展的要求 ,是由科技和教育的内在作用所决定。它的实施将对我国参与国际竞争和迎接知识经济挑战产生极其深远而重要的战略意义。
Revitalizing the nation through science and technology is the basic polilcy. Science and technology is the primary productive force and the base of science and technology in education provides a theoretical basis for the execution of revitalizing the nation through science and education. Revitalizing the nation through science and education has objective certainty. It is the necessity of the time and decided by the internal effect of science and education. Its execution will raise China's international competitive ability and can also help the government to manage the coming knowledge economy.
