摘要
以某一工程实例为研究对象,通过建立装配式建筑结构可视化模型来有效解决装配建筑结构中存在的设计布置、施工冲突、构件碰撞等问题,实现对BIM可视化技术的优势利用。采用Revit软件对施工场地、建筑物、塔吊、二次砌体等进行模拟,利用Navisworks manage软件对建设施进行强度、稳定性计算,提高设备施工过程中的安全稳定性,通过BIM施工进度条对比来反映施工现场全过程建设状态,利用Animator功能创建场景,以构件关键帧来确定吊装路线,执行构件的虚拟吊装作业,提高对人员的管理和施工作业效率。同时根据装配建筑类型和构件形式进行集合划分,采取先对集合内构件,后扩展到集合外构件的碰撞检测方式,选定重点施工点作为碰撞细化分析点,从而实现不同装配式构件的碰撞检测。
Taking an engineering example as the research object, the visual model of prefabricated building structure is established to effectively solve the problems of design arrangement, construction conflict, component collision and so on in the assembly building structure.The advantage of BIM visualization technology is realized. Revit software is used to simulate the construction site, building, tower crane and secondary masonry, and Navisworks manage software is used to calculate the strength and stability of the construction facilities, so as to improve the safety and stability of the equipment during construction. Through the comparison of BIM construction progress bar, reflecting the whole process of construction site construction state, using AniThe mator function to create the scene, it determines the hoisting route by the key frame of the component, executes the virtual hoisting operation of the component, and improves the management of the personnel and the efficiency of the construction work. At the same time, according to the type of assembly building and the form of component, the assembly is divided, and the collision on method of the inner part of the assembly is adopted first, and then the collision detection method is extended to the outer component of the assembly, and the key construction point is selected as the detailed analysis point of collision. Thus the collision detection of different assembly components is realized.
