摘要
目的 :研究肝硬化患者的心理状态及护理对策。方法 :将 6 3例肝硬化患者随机分为两组 ,A组 4 5例实施心理护理 ,B组 18例实施常规护理。结果 :A组患者平均住院 18d ,B组患者平均住院 2 7d。结论 :采取正确的有针对性的心理护理 ,密切了护患关系 ,提高了患者的自我保护意识及生存质量。
Objective:To research about psychological mood and nursing measures of liver cirrhosis patients.Method:63 cases had been divided randomly into two groups A and B.In group A,45cases accepted psychological nursing;In group B,no psychological nursing.Result:In hospitalized duration,A,18 days;B,27 days.Conc^lusion:Right,corresponding nursing can improve nurse-patient relationship,self-protective sense and their living quality.
