摘要
目的评价鼓室成形术联合乳突根治术在治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎中的应用价值。方法参照随机分配的原则将我院收治的50例胆脂瘤中耳炎患者分为对照、实验两组,其中单纯行乳突根治术的25例作为对照组,在乳突根治术基础上联合鼓室成形术治疗的25例为实验组,就两组术后气骨导差改善情况及随访两年外耳道形状变化情况展开对比。结果实验组术后气骨导差的总改善率为100.0%显著高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经随访发现,实验组的术后外耳形状正常率为84.0%显著高于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼓室成形术联合乳突根治术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎可明显改善患者听力,并最大程度地保留与重建中耳结构及功能,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To evaluate the application value of the combined mastectomy in the treatment of cholesteatoma.Methods With reference to the principle of random distribution of our hospital,50 patients with cholesteatoma otitis media were divided into two groups,contrast,experiment with simple line mastoidotympanectomy 25 cases as control group,on the basis of mastoidotympanectomy with tympanoplasty therapy of 25 cases of experimental group,two groups of postoperative bones poor guide to improve the situation and followed up for two years,the change of the external auditory canal shape in contrast.Results The total improvement rate of the postoperative tolerance was significantly higher than 72.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After follow-up,the normal incidence of external ear shape in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 84.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tympanoplasty combined with mastectomy for the treatment of otitis in cholesteatoma can significantly improve the patient’s hearing,and to retain and reconstruct the ear structure and function to the greatest extent,with high clinical value.
