摘要
通过介绍飞机钢索应用属性、结构组成和工作特点,分析钢索常见缺陷和产生原因,提出了具体、实用、操作性强的检测方法。借鉴民用钢索检查标准,结合军用飞机外场保障经验,制定了军用飞机钢索失效报废判据,提出了预防飞机钢索失效的4个方面措施,并在某型飞机外场保障工作中得到了实际应用,保证飞机安全,对飞机钢索的设计、制造、调试、检查、维护有一定指导作用。
By introducing the application properties,structural composition and working characteristics of aircraft steel cables,the type of common defects and the causes of steel cables,defect are analyzed,and the specific,practical and operational detection methods are proposed.By drawing on the civil steel cables inspection standards and combining military aircraft field support experience,we have developed standards for failure and the basis for judgments of military aircraft’crapped steel cables.And it has been applied in the field support work of a certain type aircraft.and it can ensure the safety of the aircraft.It has a certain guiding role in the design,manufacture,debugging,inspection and maintenance of aircraft steel cables.
