摘要 镀银铜导体或屏蔽层电线电缆在电传输领域展现了优异的电传导性及耐高温特性,在飞机电气线路互联系统(EWIS)中广泛使用了镀银电线电缆。为了避免在水可能浸入或者潮湿环境而引起潜在腐蚀(红斑),降低腐蚀的发生概率,文中给出了从导致腐蚀(红斑)发生的因素分析,给出了在储存、加工、运输和包装等方面全过程中避免这些诱因发生,而进行保护的指导方法,以阻止或缓和腐蚀的发生。 Silver-plated copper conductor/shield wire and cable has excellent performance in terms of electrical conductivity and high temperature resistance.Silver-plated wire can be widely used for Electrical Wiring Interconnect System on aircraft.In order to avoid the ingress of water into the wire or humidity environment which can cause potential corrosion(red plague)and reduce the occurrence of corrosion.This paper gives an analysis of the factors leading to corrosion,and the proposed protection methods for avoiding the incentive factors are given for the guideline of corrosion protection and mitigation actions during inventory,processing,shipping,packing.
