考虑固-液耦合效应的飞机多功能扰流板动态特性分析与振动疲劳寿命估算

Dynamical properties analysis and vibration fatigue life calculation with consideration of solid-fluid coupling effect for multifunctional spoiler in civil airplane

摘要 采用密度相同的不可压金属材料实体单元模拟飞机多功能扰流板作动器中的液压油,并设置液压油实体单元与作动器简体和活塞杆四面体单元的接触对,建立了考虑固-液耦合效应的多功能扰流板有限元分析模型,计算了多功能扰流板自由振动的六阶固有频率及其模态振型。在此基础上,计算了多功能扰流板在标准随机激励下的振动疲劳应力,采用线性累积损伤理论的频域表示法,估算了多功能扰流板的振动疲劳寿命。分析结果表明,多功能扰流板满足相应的设计要求。 Solid element of incompressible metal material with the same density is adopted to simulate the hydraulic oil filled in the aircraft multifunctional spoiler,and through the setting of contact pairs between solid elements of hydraulic oil with the tex elements of cylinder and piston,the finite analysis model considered with the solid-fluid coupling effect of multifunctional spoiler is built,and then the natural frequencies and vibrational modes of the first six order of the multifunctional spoiler in free vibration have been obtained.On the basis,vibration fatigue stress of the multifunctional spoiler subjected to standard random is calculated,also the vibration fatigue lifetime of multifunctional spoiler is estimated by using linear cumulative damage theory presented with frequency domain method,and analysis result indicates that multifunctional spoiler could meet the corresponding design requirements.
