摘要
文章应用共沉淀法制备了不同的金属氧化物,采用程序浸渍法分别制备了RuO_2负载型催化剂,O_2-TPD表征分析结果表明,采用La改性的复合金属氧化物Me_xO_y(Me=La、Mg、Al)为载体,制备的Ru_2O/Me_xO_y有较好的低温O_2脱附性能,同微型固定床活性变化规律吻合。实验室中试实验结果表明,在原料气组成:14(V)%N_2O+75(V)%N_2+11(V)%O_2、体积空速SV=10 000 h^(-1)、入口温度340℃的条件下,RuO_2/Me_xO_y催化剂在300 h连续实验过程中,N_2O的分解转化率≥98%。CO_2-TPD分析表明反应前后催化剂的总碱量及碱性分布基本相同;SEM分析表明,同新鲜催化剂相比,反应后催化剂的表面相对粗糙,但在实验条件下,RuO_2/Me_xO_y催化分解N_2O的活性基本不发生变化。
The different metal oxides were prepared by coprecipitation method in this study and the RuO2 supported catalysts were prepared by program impregnation method with using the prepared metal oxides.O2-TPD characterization showed that the prepared Ru2O/MexOysample by using La modified complex metal oxide,MexOy(Me=La、Mg、Al),as support had good O2desorption performance at low temperature,which was consistent with the variation of activity performed at the micro fixed-bed reactor.By using 14(V)%N2O+75(V)%N2+11(V)%O2 as the reactant under the conditions of volume space velocity SV=10 000 h-1 and the inlet temperature of 340℃,the N2O decomposition over RuO2/MexOycatalyst was more than 98%lasted for 300 h at used pilot-scale conditions.The CO2-TPD results performed over samples before and after reaction showed that the total alkalinity and alkaline distribution were almost the same.Compared with the fresh sample of RuO2/MexOy,SEM showed that the surface of the reacted sample was relatively rough,while the activity of N2O decomposition over RuO2/MexOy did not change under the experimental conditions.
