摘要
筛选并鉴定出1株雌激素降解菌Acinetobacter sp.命名为DS1,对DS1降解17β-雌二醇实验条件进行优化,使用响应面法(RSM)对降解过程中底物浓度、接种量、培养温度和p H值进行了分析,构建响应面模型,并对反应条件进行优化。优化最佳降解条件为:17β-雌二醇量5.10 mg/L;接种量7.5%;p H值8.7;温度27℃。并进行试验验证,结果接近,响应面模型可有效描述降解过程,为降解工程应用和设计提供技术参考。
A strain of estrogen-degrading bacteria Acinetobacter sp.,named DS1,was screened from soil samples collected in proximity to a pharmaceutical factory in Beijing,and then was identified.To optimize the degradation of 17β-estradiol by DS1,a laboratory experiment was conducted by use of the response surface methodology(RSM)involving the parameters:substrate concentration,inoculation amount,culture temperature and pH value;those parameters were analyzed to construct a response surface model and the reaction conditions were optimized.Thereby,the optimum degradation condition was determined as follows:17β-estradiol was 5.10 mg/L,inoculation 7.5%,pH 8.7 and temperature 27℃;in addition,the optimized result was verified,which was indicating that RSM could well describe the degradation process,providing technical references for application and design of degradation engineering.
