摘要
该研究根据滇池全湖水体的总氮、总磷和叶绿素a的分析结果,阐述了滇池氮磷的时空分布特征和与叶绿素a的相关性,探讨了滇池蓝藻水华与氮磷响应机制。滇池北部湖区水体中氮磷及叶绿素a含量相对较高,且全湖各指标随时间变化特征基本呈现出夏季高于冬季的特征趋势,其中磷可能是滇池水体浮游植物正常代谢的限制性营养盐。
According to the monitoring data of TN,TP and Chlorophyll a concentrations in Lake Dianchi,the relationship between TN/TP and Chlorophyll a concentrations indicated a significantly positive correlation.TN,TP and Chlorophyll a concentrations were relatively higher at the north of the lake.The results showed that the concentrations of TN,TP and Chlorophyll a concentrations in summer were higher than those in winter.The seasonal variation was significantly different.Phosphorus might be the main limited factor in Lake Dianchi.
