摘要
以上海市环境监测中心10年的LIMS实践为例,简述环境监测LIMS区分于典型检测分析实验室LIMS的特点。着重从检验业务项目集成、现场数据录入审核和LIMS系统的数据共享三个对LIMS架构影响较大和对环境监测业务管理影响较深的应用和实践探讨了如何扩展LIMS功能以适应其在环境监测领域的应用,最后总结环境监测实验室信息系统的实施既应专注于实验室为核心的全方位管理,同时也应利用新兴技术,根据业务实际和考虑对整个LIMS系统架构的影响慎重拓展LIMS功能,使得实验室管理提升到与信息时代相适应水平。
Based on the laboratory information system(LIMS)implementation of 10 years in Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Center,characteristics of environmental monitoring LIMS were briefly introduced,which are distinguished from typical detection and analysis laboratory LIMS.On the application and practice of project management,sampling data management and data sharing of LIMS,the key issues how to extend the functionality of traditional LIMS to suit their application in the field of environmental monitoring were discussed.To summarize,the implementation of environmental monitoring LIMS should be focused on all-round management of the laboratory.Also,with the use of new technology,it should prudently extend functions of LIMS to improve the management of laboratory,which will be adapted to the information age,according to the actual business and considering the impact on the LIMS system architecture.
