摘要
通过天津市新发布的地方标准《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB 12/599-2015)与国家标准、地表水环境质量标准及污水再生回用标准的对比分析,研究和探讨该标准颁布实施后对工业园区污水排放体系的影响。该标准在适用范围上涵盖了工业园区集中式污水处理厂,出水水质要求也更为严格,标准实施后会对工业园区的污水收集、污水处理厂、污水再生回用等环节产生重要影响。
Based on comparison and analysis of Tianjin Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(DB 12/599-2015),National Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002),Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),and relative standards for wastewater reclamation and reuse,the impact of implementation of Tianjin discharge standard on drainage system of industrial park was analyzed and discussed.The effluent quality requirements in Tianjin discharge standard were higher for centralized wastewater treatment plant of industrial park.The implementation of Tianjin discharge standard would surely have a positive impact on sewage collection,wastewater treatment plant,wastewater reclamation and reuse,and so on.
