摘要
提出了一种废弃PCB板热拆解回收过程尾气治理方法,其特征是待处理尾气首先经过活性炭吸附装置,滤除尾气中的固体粉尘、重金属颗粒、部分无机非金属氧化物以及部分有机气体等;再将预处理后的尾气通入喷淋塔,使其与喷淋塔中的碱性净化液充分反应,去除大部分无机非金属氧化物和部分有机气体;最后将喷淋塔顶部排出的尾气通入高温燃烧设备进行燃烧处理,最终排放出无污染的气体。试验结果表明,该方法有效地解决了废弃PCB板热拆解回收过程的二次污染问题,同时部分利用了尾气中可燃气体成分。
A kind of exhaust gasses treating method was proposed in the process of heating and dismantling wasted printed circuit boards(PCBs).Firstly,the exhaust gasses were treated by activated carbon adsorption device in order to filter out the solid dusts,heavy metal particles,part of the inorganic non-metallic oxides and some organic gases.Secondly,the pre-treated exhaust gasses were connected with the spray tower,which were fully reacted with the alkaline cleaning solutions in the spray tower to remove most of the inorganic non metal oxides and the partial organic gasses.Lastly,the exhaust gasses from the top of the spray tower were put into the high temperature combustion equipment to carry out combustion process,eventually emitting non polluting gases.The testing results showed that this method can effectively solve the secondary pollution problems in the process of thermal disassembly and recycling of wasted PCB boards.
