电除尘器电场投用时机的研究及应用

摘要 研究优化机组启、停阶段电除尘器运行方式,探讨合理的电场投、退时机,挖掘设备潜力,满足日益严格的环保设施运行监管政策的要求,获得经济和环保双重收益。梳理汇总运行数据,深入细致地研究分析,制定优化运行方案,付诸运行实践,跟踪检验实践效果,渐次优化、微调运行方案,循序渐进、不断完善的进行,最终确定合理的电除尘器的启、停运行方式。 Research and optimize the unit start-up, stop phase of esp operation mode, explore reasonable electric field, tim-ing, and the potential of mining equipment, to meet increasingly stringent environmental protection facilities operation regula-tory requirements, to obtain both economic and environmental benefits. Comb summary run data, analysis and study deeply and in detail, make optimal operation plan, put it into practice, track inspection practice effect, gradually optimized, fine-tun-ing operation plan, step by step, keep improving, eventually determine reasonable opening and stop operation mode of the electric dust catcher.
