黄磷渣释放磷酸盐的特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过翻转振荡试验、浸泡试验、动态淋滤试验等,考查pH、液固比、淋滤强度等因素对黄磷渣中磷酸盐溶出影响。翻转振荡试验中浸出液磷酸盐浓度与固液比呈线性关系,在3 h左右达到峰值50 mg/L,而后逐渐降低,说明磷渣中可溶性磷酸盐溶出速度很快,同时磷渣颗粒表面钙离子吸附浸出液中磷酸根形成磷酸钙,但试验过程中颗粒相互剧烈撞击使吸附层脱落不断暴露出新吸附表面,最终使浸出液中磷酸盐浓度降到较低水平。磷渣翻转振荡浸出液最终pH会稳定在10.5左右,与浸出液初始pH无关。根据动态淋滤试验,黄磷渣在水环境中磷酸盐释放总量约为0.5 kg/t。 The effects of influential factors such as pH value, liquid-to-solid ratio, leaching strength, on leaching characteristics of phosphate from phosphorus slag were studied by conducting batch leaching experiment and column experiment. Re-sults from leaching experiment shows that there initially existes a linear relationship between the concentration of phosphate and liquid-to-solid ratio, approaching the maximum at 50 mg/L in 3 hour, then gradually decreasing with time. This indicates that leaching of soluble phosphate occurs at a high speed from phosphorus slag, while adsorption of phosphate by calcium ion on the surface of phosphorus slag to form calcium phosphate will result in relatively lower phosphate concentration in the leachate. The latter is enhanced by collision of phosphorus slag particles caused by vigorous agitation, which leads to constant renewal of adsorption site on the surface of phosphorus slag. Final pH in the leachate remained about 10.5, independent of initial pH values. Column experimental results show that release of phosphate from phosphorus slag was around 0.5 kg/t in aquatic environment.
