摘要
以甲醇为介质,称量法制备六六六(α-六六六、β-六六六、γ-六六六)和滴滴涕(δ-六六六、p,p’-DDT、o,p’-DDT、p,p’-DDD、p,p’-DDE)8种单组分校准标准样品,采用气相色谱/质谱方法进行标准样品的均匀性检验和稳定性监测,评价其不确定度。研制的8种单组分标准样品均匀性良好和稳定期至少为24个月。每种标准样品的标准值均为100μg/mL,其相对扩展不确定度为2%~4%,量值准确,与美国同种标准样品具有可比性。
The 8 Certified Reference Materials(CRMs) of HCHs(α,β,γ,δ-HCH) in methanol and DDTs(p,p'-DDT,o,p'-DDT,p,p'-DDD,p,p'-DDE) in methanol ware prepared with gravimetric method. The homogeneity testing and stability monitoring of the 8 CRMs were done by GC/MSD. The 8 CRMs uncertainties were respectively evaluated in development process. The 8 CRMs had better homogeneity, and life time of the 8 CRMs could maintain at least 24 months. The certified value for every CRMs was 100 μg/mL with the relative expanded uncertainly form 2 to 4%(k=2). The certified value of each developed CRMs is accurate, which is expected to compare with one of each same American CRMs.
