石灰软化法处理反渗透浓盐水中硬度的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用石灰软化法处理硬度较大、碱度较低的反渗透浓盐水,研究不同的氢氧化钙单独投加量,氢氧化钙和碳酸钠的混合投加量对反渗透浓盐水的硬度、钙离子、碱度的去除率及对其电导率的影响。试验结果表明,综合去除效果和投加成本,当氢氧化钙和碳酸钠同时投加,投加量分别为500 mg/L和650 mg/L时,硬度的去除率可达55.8%,同时钙离子的去除率可达88.3%,且对电导率影响不大。 The study was to deal with the hardness of concentrated brine after reverse osmosis which has relatively large hardness and low alkalinity by Lime softening process. The influence of different calcium hydroxide separate dosage and calcium hydroxide and sodium carbonate combined dosage on removal rates of total hardness, calcium hardness and alkalinity was studied. The effect on its electrical conductivity was also measured. The experimental results showed that when calcium hydroxide and sodium carbonate were added jointly, the removal rates of the hardness and calcium could reach 55.8% and 88.3%respectively while the concentrations of calcium hydroxide and sodium carbonate were 500 mg/L and 650 mg/L. And there was little effect on electric conductivity.
