影响柱形金属容器破坏特性的有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of the Influence of Charging Conditions on the Damage Characteristics of Cylindrical Metal Container

摘要 为研究装药条件对柱形金属容器失效特性的影响,采用AUTODYN 3D非线性有限元程序对柱形金属容器的破坏特性开展数值研究,讨论装药结构和装药量等因素对容器爆炸破坏特性的影响。研究结果表明:AUTODYN 3D非线性有限元程序可有效分析容器的破坏特性;装药结构显著影响容器发生破坏的初始位置,装药量的不同对容器的失效形貌影响显著。 In order to study the influence of charging conditions on the failure characteristics of cylindrical metal containers, the damage characteristics of cylindrical metal containers were numerically studied by AUTODYN 3D nonlinear finite element program. The influences of the structure and the amount of the charge on the explosion damage characteristics of the device were discussed. The results show that the AUTODYN 3D nonlinear finite element program can effectively analyze the damage characteristics of the container. The charge structure significantly affects the initial position of the container damage, and the different charge amount has a significant impact on the failure morphology of the container.
