番鸭感染MDRV对十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量的影响

摘要 本试验组织切片采用HE染色,测量并比较番鸭十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞的数量,为番鸭感染呼肠孤病毒后十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量的变化提供相关论证。试验中正常番鸭在生长过程中,其十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量较为恒定;感染呼肠孤病毒后,其十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量先急剧降低,后维持在较低水平。试验组与对照组相比,分别降低13.78%、23.73%、33.07%、32.02%、33.68%、30.76%,差异均极显著(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,感染呼肠孤病毒后番鸭十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量明显减少,且导致番鸭十二指肠上皮内淋巴细胞数量不易恢复正常。 This study, through HE stain producing tissue sections and measuring,comparing test muscovy duck duodenal intraepithelial lymphocyte counts, to investigate the number of in muscovy duck’s duodenum infected by MDRV. The result showed that in the growth of normal muscovy duck, the number of duodenal is relatively constant. Muscovy ducks are infected with reovirus, a sharp decline in counts of duodenal intraepithelial lymphocyte, and then maintained at a relatively low level. The ICG compared with the NCG,the number of duodenal reduced by 13.78%, 23.73%, 33.07%, 32.02%, 33.68%, 30.76%, all the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01). The result showed that reovirus infection results in a large number of muscovy duck duodenum intraepithelial lymphocyte reduced, and reovirus infection resulted in the muscovy duck duodenal intraepithelial lymphocyte counts difficult to restore to normal.
