摘要 Cr-Mo钢制加氢反应器为整体热处理设备,正常运行时为临氢工况。现有一台加氢反应器在运行过程中,突然失火,装置非正常停车,造成反应器筒体硬度值偏高且出现多处表面缺陷。进行整体无损检测后根据修复方案对设备进行了修复处理,设备正常平稳运行。该案例对国内Cr-Mo钢制加氢反应器修复积累了一定经验,并取得了良好的经济效益。 Cr-Mo steel hydrogenation reactor is the equipment proceeding whole heat treatment,used in hydrogenation service normally.Now one reactor suffered from fire during operation,which lead to the whole unit shut down abnormally,and also lead to the high hardness value of the reactor shell and many surface defects.Repaired the reactor per the repair plan after perform NDE to the whole equipment,and finally the reactor put into use normally.According to the repair plan,achieved some experience during the repair of the domestic Cr-Mo steel hydrogenation reactor,and achieved good economic benefits.
