摘要
本文介绍了甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的定义和用途。综述了传统的混合碳四工艺、异构化工艺、异丁烷脱氢工艺、异丁烷供氧工艺4种MTBE的生产工艺方法。并探讨了4种MTBE生产工艺的生产成本核算。阐述了MTBE的中国市场供需情况。对中石化MTBE装置的生存能力进行了SWTO分析。指出中国MTBE工业应利用现有的资源发展,发展新产品的产业结构。
The definition and application of methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE) were introduced. The production technologies of MTBE, including traditional mixed C4 process, isomerization process, isobutene dehydrogenation, isomerization oxygen supply,were reviewed. The MTBE production cost accounting was discussed for these four technologies. The supply and demand situation of MTBE was described in China market. The SWTO analysis of SINOPEC MTBE plant was performed. It was pointed out that China MTBE industry should utilize the existing resource and develop the novel products.
