摘要
国际TPM协会在结合现实情况对企业设备管理提出新的全员设备管理理念(TPEM)在加工型企业中已逐步开始得到认可和推广,但是在生产工艺苛刻,连续性强,且具有高温、高压、易燃、易爆、易中毒特点的炼油化工型企业,推广尚浅,尤其是在炼化企业中投用时间超过20年的老旧型装置检修过程中,是否可以应用,由简单的全员维修管理进化到全员生产设备管理的新理念应用效果是否理想尚需探索。
The application of innovation total productive equipment maintenance(TPEM) initiated by international TPM association in view of real practices. This EM model, which has been gradually accepted and spread in processing companies, is still fighting for its entry to refineries and chemical enterprises which feature demanding production processes, strong consistency, high temperature, high pressure, flammability, explosive and poisoning.Investigation has to be done to explore if this model can be applied to refineries and chemical enterprises, especially to Maintenance Process of the old installation with more than 20 years of service, as well as the result of upgrading the simply TPM to the new concept of TPEM.
