焦炭是高炉冶炼的重要原料之一,随着新1#、2#高炉的相继投产,高炉容积的不断增大,焦炭作为高炉料柱的骨架作用进一步被强化,焦炭的热态性质逐步成为重视指标,制备样品是否符合检测工作需求对焦炭热强度检测结果的准确性至关重要,切焦机和磨球机的采用替代了原有的制样方式,为如何更好反映焦炭的反应性和反应后强度真实质量情况提供建议参考。
