摘要
应用付立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术,以1064 cm^(-1)为胆固醇定量吸收峰,进行胆石中胆固醇定量测定。本法干扰少,浓度与峰面积积分值线性相关r=0.9998,回收率99.22±2.23%,精密度CV=0.56%。并对FTIR法定量分析中光通量变化基线调整对积分值的影响进行了观察,对80例胆结石标本的FTIR法定量测定值比生化法高3%~10%。
The quantitative cholesterol content in gallstones have been done by FT-IR spectroscopy-ate-chnique requiring neither crystallinity nor solubilization. We made standard curves which was improvedby adopting integral and baseline method using peak at 1064 cm^(-1) for measuring cholesterol content.The results obtained by FTIR methods are 3%-10% higher than those got by using biochemistry mot-hods. concentration correlates with absorption (r=0.9998), Rate of recover 99.22±2.23%, AccuracyCV=0.56%. 80 cases of gallstone have been measured.
