摘要 芳烃联合装置中产生大量的塔顶低温热和反应物料余热,通过增加低压蒸汽汽轮机驱动发电机的蒸汽发电装置可以有效利用装置产生的大量低品位能源,达到节能降耗的目的。本文通过对低压蒸汽发电机组关键技术的介绍,分析了低压蒸汽工业汽轮机的结构特点,对比了汽轮机发电与驱动的经济性,为工业节能及低压汽轮机设计制造提供参考。 Large amount of overhead low-temperature heat and residual heat of reaction materials were produced in the aromatic hydrocarbon plant. The big amount of Low Grade Energy generated in the aromatic hydrocarbon plant could be applied by adding the steam power plants which the generator is driven by low pressure steam turbine, as a result, to achieve the purpose of energy saving. The key technologies for low temperature steam power generation was described. The structural characteristics of the low pressure steam turbine is analyzed. The economics of generation and dragging were compared with the steam turbine. This article provides a reference for industrial energy conservation and low pressure turbine design and manufacturing.
