机器人单孔腹腔镜手术在妇科领域中的应用 被引量：9

摘要 腔镜技术的发展给全世界的患者带来了巨大的福音,在不影响手术治疗效果的前提下,对于美的追求使得腔镜在原来多孔的基础上发展到现在的单孔手术。妇科单孔腹腔镜手术主要分为传统单孔腹腔镜手术和机器人单孔腹腔镜手术。2010年,传统单孔腹腔镜子宫切除术开始流行,但由于手术具有挑战性,逐渐被冷却。2013年3月,美国食品及医药管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)批准了达芬奇单孔子宫全切手术。
