摘要
用乙醇∶水 =1∶1,混合溶剂对代表性有机硅皮革防水剂产品进行萃取分组。分别用氯仿∶甲醇∶正己烷 =2 2∶3∶3 5混合溶剂的石油醚∶乙醚∶冰醋酸 =3 5∶5∶1混合溶剂作展开剂进一步作薄层色谱(TLC)分离 ,用薄层层析硅胶H(60型 )作吸附剂。用多种不同极性溶剂洗脱制备分离组份样品 ,并对主要组份作IR分析。从薄层分离效果和制备的主要分离组份的完全不同的IR图看 ,该法分离效果较好。
The sample of commercial polysilicone water-repellency product was grouped by the mixed solution of alcohol/petrol ether=1∶1 to get inpolar part solved in petrol ether and polar part solved in alcohol.The mixed solvent of chloroform/methanol/cyclohexane=22∶3∶25 developed the polar part,and the mixed solvent of petrolether/diethyl ether/acetic acid=35∶5∶1 developed the inpolar part.by thin layer chromatography(TCL),the silicone gel H,(60) for TCL was used. For preparing the five different components separated from the polar part,eluants as follows:1)and 2)formic acid,3)chloroform/benzene/methanol=30∶20∶2,4)and 5)chloroform/alcohol/hexane=22∶3∶25.For the components from inpolar part,the eluants as follows:1)and2)petrol ether/diethylether/acetic acid=35∶5∶1,3)hexane/toluene=1∶1.Then the main five components were analyzed by IR.
