摘要
以腈纶纤维为原料,经二步反应合成了含多功能基的离子交换纤维。通过元素分析和红外光谱分析给出了合成纤维具有的功能基团,测定了合成纤维对贵金属离子的吸附容量和分配系数,并讨论了动态吸附及回收金、钯、铂离子的影响因素。该纤维对Au ,Pd ,Pt 具有良好的吸附和解吸性能,用于水合成试样中Au ,Pd ,Pt 的分离和富集,获得了满意结果。
A ionexchange fiber(IEF) of multifunctional groups was synthesized by using polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber as a raw material,and the structure of the IEF was given by elemental analysis and infrared spectrometry. The adsorption capacities and distribution coefficients for noble metal ions, such as Au*#,Pd*',Pt*$,Ru*$,Rh*#,Os*$,Ir*$ were determined. The influence factors for the recovery of ions Au*#,Pd*$,Pt*$ and the properties of dynamic adsorption,including flow speed,desorption,effect of IEF reused were discussed. The IEF has excellent properties of adsorption and desorption, it has been applied to the separation and preconcentration of Au*#, Pd*', Pt*$ in the synthetic aqueous sample with satisfactory results.
