摘要
目的 :建立补血胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量测定方法。方法 :以氯仿 甲醇 水 (13∶6∶2 )为展开剂 ,以 10 %硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂 ,采用双波长反射法锯齿扫描 ,λs=5 30nm ,λR =6 70nm。结果 :加样回收率平均为 97 8% ,RSD =1 8% (n =6 ) ,标准曲线r=0 997,稳定性RSD =2 5 % (n =4 ) ,精密度 :同板RSD =1 4 % (n =5 ) ,异板RSD =2 6 % (n =3) ,重现性RSD =3 0 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,稳定 ,可靠 。
Objective:To establish quantitative analysis of Astragaloside in Buxue capsual.Methods:The mobile phase is chloroform\|methanol\|water(13∶6∶2),the color reagent is ethanol containing 10% sulfuric acid.TLC\|scanning conditions:λ s 530nm and λ R 670nm.Results:The average recovery was 97\^8% with good linear relationship( r =0\^997)and reproducibility.Conclusion:the method is stable and reliable which can be used for the quality control of Buxue capsual.
