自适应控制删点幅度的逐次删点法

摘要 提出了形状误差检测的一种新的数据处理方法——逐次删点法,用改进的BFGS变尺度公式和二次插值法建立了形状误差评定的通用数学模型,采用的删点公式可以根据被测轮廓的形貌自动控制删点幅度,保证了删点的可靠性并显著地提高了检测效率。 A new method of data processing for the evaluation of form errors is proposed by improving the deletion point method, in consideration of the geometrical shape and characteristics of the real profile. BFGS formula and quadratic interpolation method is used to establish a common mathematical model. The deletion point range can be controlled self-adaptively by the deletion point formula adopted in the program for calculation. Reliability of deletion point is assured and efficiency of evaluation in the estimation of form errors markedly enhansed.
