摘要
随着对砂状氧化铝需求的增加,氢氧化铝的粒度测定越来越重要。本文从激光粒度仪的原理出发,探讨了测定氢氧化铝粒度分布的各种条件和参数,着重研究了其定形修正的功能,确定了激光粒度仪测定氢氧化铝粒度分布的方法。方法较好地克服了干筛法和电敏区法的缺点和局限。为国内准确、快速测定氢氧化铝粒度分布的方法填补了一项空白。
To cater to needs of increasing demands of sandy Parti culate aluminum hydrox-idle,the laser particle-size instrument is more and more accepted for determination of alu-minum hydroxide particle-size distribution.Based on the working principle of the laser parti-cle-size distribution instrument,various conditions and parameters of determination of particle-size distribution and especially the fixed shape correction with its function are studied with the result that a practical,precision and rapid method for determination of aluminum hydroxide particle-size distribution is confirmed.As compared with the conventional methods,the laser instrument has advantages of rapid determination with accuraccy and precision,and thereby filling a gap of practical and efficient method for determination of sandy particulate aluminum hydroxide distribution in Chinese mainland.
