摘要
采用拟抛物面规则预报了O′-sialon的标准生成Gibbs自由能.由无压烧结合成制备了O′-sialon-ZrO2-SiC复合材料.分析了O′-sialon-ZrO2-SiC材料烧结过程中物理化学变化.复合材料的抗折强度随SiC含量增加而有所提高.复合材料中O′-sialon以柱状形式存在,且相互间构成编织状结构.
With the rules of quasi_paraboloid, the Gibbs energy of O ′-sialon was estimated. O ′-sialon-ZrO 2-SiC was synthesized by pressureless sintering, and thermodynamic analysis of reaction process is described. The fracture strength of composite increases with the addition of SiC; the columnar O ′-sialon forms an interwoven structure in the composite of O ′-sialon-ZrO 2-SiC.
