摘要
对氟表面活性剂进行了特性分析 ;并对其 3种生产方法进行了比较。证实通过调聚法生成全氟烷基碘化物 ,再进一步反应合成各类氟表面活性剂 ,这一工艺路线不论在成本、性能上 ,还是在工业化以及工业操作方面都有着明显的优势 ,也已替代了电解氟化法成为该行业世界性的发展趋势。
The characteristic of fluorine surfactant is analysed,and the three production methods of fluorine surfactant are introduced and compared in this review paper.As a result:the method of synthesizing perfluoroalkyl iodide by telomerization method and with ulterior motives producing fluorine surfactant has obvious predominance in industrial cost,capability,industrialisation and industrial operation.And it turns into the direction of development in the world instead of telomerization method.
